CSREA Expands Portfolio into Virginia

Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, a Birmingham, Alabama-based leasing and management company, has been selected by Nuveen Real Estate to manage and lease The Creeks, a retail development in Glen Allen.

Crawford Square manages more than 10 million square feet of institutional real estate assets.
