Wicker Park Capital Management opens Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors

A couple of familiar faces will be a part of a new real estate company in Birmingham. Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors is a new leasing and management company launched in the Magic City. The company will focus on property management, accounting, and leasing services for retail and mixed-use assets in the Southeast owned by Savannah, Ga.-based Wicker Park Capital Management, or WPCM, and its investment partners.
