ATLANTA, GA — Wicker Park Capital Management and a fund managed by DRA Advisorsare acquiring Camp Creek Marketplace in East Point, GA. The 424,485 square foot shopping center is shadow-anchored by Target and Lowe’s, and includes BJ’s Wholesale Club, Marshall’s, Ross Dress for Less and T.J. Maxx. The center is located at the intersection of I-285 and Camp Creek Parkway—three miles west of Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport and nine miles southwest of downtown Atlanta. The shopping center is presently 99% occupied. Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, an affiliate of WPCM, will manage and lease the asset.
