Todd has experience in all segments of commercial real estate.
His career spans 30 years and includes more than $1B in development in 18 states. Todd has expertise in a variety of real estate areas including construction management, tenant coordination, development management, design and feasibility.
Todd obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. In addition, he has a Master of Ministry from St. Michael’s Charismatic Episcopal Seminary. Todd and his wife Tammy have two children, and are active members of their local church.
