Sons Donuts to Open at Lane Parke
Sons Donuts will open a new location in the Lane Parke development in Mountain Brook. The doughnut shop, under ownership of Jim and Amy Watkins, opened its first location in Avondale in 2021.
Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors Leasing Associate Jackie Hollingsworth secured the company’s lease in the second phase of development at Lane Parke.
Son’s Donuts serves hot and ready-to-serve mini donuts with a curated selection of house-made sauces and unique sugars. With an opening planned for this fall, the restaurant will expand coffee offerings at the new location next to Little Buckhead Blue.
Lane Park is anchored by Publix Greenwise and the Grand Bohemian Hotel by The Kessler Collection. The Avondale location of Sons Donuts is at 4000 Third Ave. S.
