A retailer is entering the Birmingham area with a new location.
Shoe Station has signed on for Vestavia City Center along the Highway 31 corridor in Vestavia Hills.
The Mobile-based chain currently has 22 locations in five states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Louisiana.
Alexander Barineau of The Shopping Center Group represented Shoe Station for this deal. Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors represented the shopping center’s ownership.
“This is a huge win for Vestavia City Center, as well as the Vestavia community as a whole, said Jackie Hollingsworth, CSREA leasing associate.
Shoe Station isn’t the only new tenant for Vestavia City Center. The Standard and Davenport’s Pizza will open in the center this fall.
