Lane Parke Announces 2 New Retailers

Mountain Brook’s Lane Parke has announced two new tenants coming – the ABC Store and The Happy Olive Specialty Shop.
Just in the past month, the shopping destination has announced the return of the U.S. Post Office and the reopening of Sol Y Luna. Lane Parke is a 14-acre, $140 million commercial, office and residential development in Birmingham’s Mountain Brook Village.
The ABC store will be moving from the current location uphill from the village to Lane Parke, and is scheduled to open in January 2020.
