The center is located at the intersection of I-285 and Camp Creek Parkway—three miles west of Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport and nine miles southwest of downtown Atlanta. The shopping center is presently 99% occupied. Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, an affiliate of WPCM, will manage and lease the asset.
