Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors tapped to manage four properties for Nuveen
Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors has significantly expanded its portfolio as a result of a deal with Nuveen.
The Birmingham-based firm now leases and manages more than 7.5 million square feet after being selected to lease and manage four properties for investment manager Nuveen.
The properties include Buford, Georgia’s Marketplace at Millcreek, a 33-retailer power center anchored by Costco, Burlington, PetSmart, and Marshall’s. Fayette Pavilion located in Fayetteville, Georgia, includes 66 stores and is anchored by Publix, Kohl’s, and Walmart. Heritage Pavilion in Smyrna, Georgia, is anchored by Ulta, TJ Maxx and Michael’s. Finally, River Ridge along the Highway 280 corridor in Birmingham is anchored by Nordstrom Rack and Target.
The company now manages and leases 22 retail and mixed-use venues in six states, primarily in the Southeast.
