Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors Expands Alabama Portfolio with the Addition of Two Properties

Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors announced today that it has been awarded the management and leasing assignments for two new properties in Alabama, marking continued growth of the firm’s regional platform throughout the Southeast.

 

Westbury Square in Huntsville, Alabama was recently acquired by LaSalle Investment Management. The 115,000-square-foot retail center is anchored by national tenants TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, and Michael’s, with additional retailers including Metro Diner, Chicken Salad Chick, and Surin of Thailand.

 

Centre at Riverchase in Hoover, Alabama was also recently purchased, with Randolph Property Group acquiring the 132,474-square-foot shopping center. Located near the Interstate 459 interchange at U.S. Highway 31, the center is home to a diverse mix of tenants such as Crunch Fitness, AutoZone, and Guitar Center, among others.
