Wicker Park Capital Management, LLC (“WPCM”) is a privately-held real estate investment firm focused on multi-family, retail, office, and mixed-use properties in the Southern United States. WPCM has offices in Savannah, Birmingham and Atlanta.
The Office Administrator is a key role at WPCM. Proactive and fluid communications are crucial for the business and help maintain an effective investment management firm. The Office Administrator must exhibit a flexible team-oriented approach with regards to the company’s day-to-day functions, working with the entire WPCM team, clients, partners, property managers, and industry professionals. The Office Administrator must be comfortable interacting with a variety of entities and situations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and delegate the general flow and execution of administrative processes in the office.
- Support CEO, CFO and Managing Directors in all areas of client relations and communications.
- Manage office efficiencies including the document management system, shipping, mail handling, banking, travel arrangements and office supply administration.
- Act as delegate for issuing and interpreting company’s operating procedures and processes.
- Interfaces in a professional manner with clients, partners, guests, industry professionals and property management teams.
- Assist in preparation of internal performance tracking including cash flow consolidation, portfolio-level analyses and dividend distributions.
- Multi-task and prioritize as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in maintaining client communication with all related parties.
- Perform ETL uploads to maintain accurate and up-to-date data records.
- Maintain and update the investor portal with relevant documentation and reports.
- Manage and monitor the WPCM Investor Relations mailbox, responding to inquiries as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; college degree preferred.
- Office administration experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Highly reliable and detail oriented.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF, Yardi, Box.com and OneDrive.

Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors
Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors (“CSREA”), an affiliate of Wicker Park Capital Management, is a full-service, privately held real estate firm based in Birmingham, AL. The company relies on its team of experienced professionals to provide clients with superior service in leasing, property management, accounting and construction management -- producing exceptional asset results and value enhancement. Crawford Square specializes in retail and mixed-use assets in the southeastern United States. The selected candidate must work well in a small company setting and have the ability to independently perform a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lease approval meeting preparation – create lease approval form and disseminate the information to meeting attendees in advance.
- Run the lease approval meetings – keep notes in smart sheets and perform necessary next steps/follow ups
- Develop and send leasing related email blasts with direction from leasing and retail services associates
- Produce and maintain aerials, maps, and real estate packages for any leasing related or retail services requirements, real estate committee meetings, market tours, etc.
- Design and create leasing flyers for all leasing assignments
- Develop specialty marketing fliers/site plans on as-needed basis
- Track and create quarterly report based on data collected across the portfolio
- Responsible for creating commission invoices and sending invoices to accounts receivable in order to invoice the client or third party
- Coordinate and plan all ICSC events including securing booth locations with ICSC, book hotel and restaurant reservations, submit booth updates/design in conjunction with marketing, and coordinate the set up and logistics of all ICSC events
- Attend ICSC conferences as needed (potentially Las Vegas, New York and Atlanta)
- Update asset review plans quarterly with direction from leasing and retail services agents
- Maintain and update Property Capsule and other marketing platforms
- Initial onboarding of Property Capsule for new property assignments
- Plan leasing related events/social functions
- Responsible for tracking and ensuring all agents are compliant with required licensing; assist agents with any new state licenses
- Coordinate with sign vendors for leasing signage across the portfolio.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate preferred
- Strong presentation and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Outlook, Excel); Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Esri, SitesUSA, Placer.AI, and Property Capsule preferred
